Focus, focus, focus..........
Well, yesterday was Monday, and I dropped the ball (so to speak) I didn't do my pell work, or my torso twisters....HOWEVER.....I WILL do DOUBLE today of both! I realize just how easy it is to drop out of a good habit and I will be more aware of when I am starting to waver, and take corrective measures. NO EXCUSES!!!
I also got my Matt Furey books yesterday, Combat Conditioning and Combat Abs, so James and I are going to do the Magnificent 7 from Combat Abs and the Royal Court from Combat Conditioning EVERY DAY!!!!
Tonight, I am also going to cut the plastic plates to finish my coat of plates.
I did my pre-reg at the College today! Waited in line almost 2 HOURS at the bookstore and spent about $500 there. Got my student card, and my timetable......WOW! This is really happening! :0)

Hang in there, Bou. It's hard work but you are worth it. Think about this: if you could do the work so *I* could get thin and healthy I bet you'd NEVER cut corners or 'just this once' where *my* health was concerned. Treat yourself to the same level of respect.
