Did 20 Hindu squats (OMG!!! my legs are STILL shaking!!!!)
Fell flat on my face doing Hindu pushup (did 3 isometric versions instead)
Tried to bridge......well lets just say I ended up using a yoga ball (for now....)
Just because I am in dismal shape right now, does NOT mean that I am going to stop trying!!!
I did not do the Mag. 7 because it is evening and I have just eaten supper (MF recommends doing them on an empty stomach and I really, really, don't feel like throwing up!) :0P
Tried to teach these exercises to James (this will be a really good exercise in patience ) Because of course he "knows" everything, and doesn't want to be taught or told he's doing something wrong.....*****sigh*****
It is too late now to start sawing plastic, so I will do it tommorrow.
