Did Royal Court (25 squats, 2 pushups, 1-10 second table and bridges on the ball)
Did 60 torso twists, 5 sidebends (each side) and 5 Farmer Burns exercises
It is time to go shower now, so that I can go to school for 8 am and learn English....wheeeeeee!
