214lbs (does sleepiness weigh alot???)

Did Royal Court (26 squats, 3 pushups, 1-10second table, bridges on the ball)
Did 60 torso twists, 5 side bends each side and 5 Farmer Burns exercises

Of to work this morning at Dr. S's office, will do pell work later......I got the plastic cut out for my shoulder/ upper arm armor, so I shoud have it done before the event....garb is another story....I don't know if I 'll get anything new done before the event.

Anyways, gotta go ingest some caffeine now.....
