I did Matt Furey this morning
31 hindu squats, 4 hindu pushups, 1-10second table and back bridges on the yoga ball
60 torso twists, 10-each side, side bends (10 mini stretches per rep)

We have an elliptical trainer now and I am going to start doing that daily as well, starting this evening.

I have sent out e-mails to 2 of the Knights on my list: Vicountess Elizabeth Mortimer and Duke Dag. They have both replied to me. I have not sent out the other 3 because they have been taken off of the Midrealm Chivalry list (and thus thier e-mails removed as well) when Northshield went Kingdom. I am currently using alternative means to find them.
