35 hindu squats, 3 hindu pushups (also did 5 "girl" pushups), 1-10 second table and bridges on the ball
70 torso twists, 10 (each side) side bends (with 10 mini stretches per rep)
I'm grumpy, because I can't find anything healthy AND appealing to eat for breakfast........I don't WANT oatmeal......grrrrrrr! Don't even talk to me about lunch........I don't remember it being this difficult or encountering this much inner resistance....(at least not at first) in prior endeavors.......
***cue Valley girl voice*** "Can't I like, just take like, some sort of pill and get like, skinny?" " ....or like, weight reducing lipgloss???" :0) ***end Valley girl voice***
gotta go and eat something healthy now........
