I did my pell work yesterday:
12,12,12R (with shield and gauntlets)
12,12,12L (with gauntlets)
10,10,10 offside with shield and gauntlets
Did Matt Furey this morning:
35 hindu squats, 4 hindu pushups, 1-10 second table and bridges on the ball
65 torso twists, and 10 sidebends (each side, with 10 mini stretches each rep)
I did not consume any sugar yesterday, I didn't get it in my coffee, I turned down pastry in food lab, I resisted chocolate in the evening....It is a small step, but I know it will be beneficial for me.....I also need to start watching my high glycemic carbs (no, I am not doing atkins) like bread, pasta and any "white. processesed" carb product and use instead, whole grains, fruits and veg and stuff like that; however, I will work on conquering the sugar demon first! Small steps!
I have to go now and get ready to go to work!
