Wheeeeee!!!!!!!
Well, I am done with my Apprenticeship classes for this semester.....We did a huge written test (over 200 questions on everything to do with meat), and a practical exam where we each had to cook, chicken vegetable soup, striploin steak (medium) with Sauce Milanase (peppers....yuck!), saute`d broccoli, Duchesse Potatoes (mashed potatoes mixed with butter and egg yolk , put into a piping bag, piped out in a fancy mound, and then brushed with butter and baked till brown), and saute`d mushrooms with garlic and white wine. The trick is to get it all to finish at once, and be hot when the instructor comes to taste it. Out of 10 I got 9 for presentation, and 8.5 for flavor (the soup was kinda bland), so all in all, not too bad! I am not sure when we will get the results of the written test. I think I did pretty well on it though....We all went out after to Montana's and had a beer or three to celebrate! So till January, I only have classes on Thursday and Friday!

I did my pell work yesterday and today and went for an hour walk yesterday as well! With more time off I am going to get back to working out at the gym.
