Everyone is sick!!! Wheeee!!!

Actually, I *am* getting better....but still coughing like a coal miner....James is home for the second day in a row, Paul came home sick last night, but his boss won't let him out of his shift today.....

Other than that, life is okay...

A bright spot...Paul suprised me with a new book...(actually a used book since this particular book is out of print) It is called "A Handbook of Anglo Saxon Food, Processing and Consumption. I already had the 2nd Handbook.....I have already read it all! It is sooooo cool!

I have another test today....in Garde Manger (the cold kitchen). I believe it is on sushi, fois gras, truffles, caviar and the like...(I know...well lah de da!) LOL!

I probably should go study now!
