In the home stretch now.....

....two more projects to hand in and present, a practical exam, a few more tests and then I am done! Then I will be working full time at the Good News Cafe and part time on the menu for Thatsa Mare.
As soon as I know who wins Crown, I can start planning the menu for Coronation in September...Wheeeeee!

Dad is pretty much the same, I now have Power of Attorney over his financial affairs and will try to clean up some of the mess he has left me in that department.

I am at school till midnight tonight....(I got here at 7:30am) as we have a Gourmet Dinner. At least I am cooking this time and not serving!! :o)

I also have to be here at 9am Saturday to help one of my teachers with a class he is doing for the general public...Seafood, Italian Style! That should be lottsa fun!!!!

James is doing really well, he has made alot of friends this school year! His report card is good too!

Paul is working hard on his novel, I think he's working on the third draft...perfecting it and getting it ready to send to a publisher. I am keeping my fingers crossed! :0)
