Making changes.......
in my diet, and starting to exercise again...slowly but surely.
My weight 227.5
My goal for Sunday....225lbs
The plan: to decide before I put any food in my mouth if I am really hungry or just bored, tired, depressed, angry etc.... Also improving the quality of the food that I eat, and reducing the quantity of the more fattening items. Exercise will come in the form of Combat Conditioning and Combat Abs....done first thing in the morning, and also walking or riding my bike to work instead of bussing it.
We may have found a home for Snoopy, my Dad's cat....Paul's Grandma Audrey has said she will consider taking her...as her dog passed away recently and she is lonely without a pet. Keep your fingers crossed!

Bou, sorry I missed you Monday night. Were you there and waiting for me? By the time I got on the computer you were gone. This week is a busy one for me, but will you be able to chat either Saturday or Sunday evening this weekend?
